Up to 10 Hours/Month of Live Conversations

Zoom or phone — however you like to talk. Use these hours for anything from brainstorming product flows to sanity-checking your compliance strategy. We're your sounding board and strategic partner — on demand.

What's Not Included

Payments Couch Sessions is intentionally lightweight — designed for conversation and strategic guidance only. If it requires us to roll up our sleeves and do the work, it's probably not included here.

Here's what's not in scope:

Calls with Vendors, Processors, Banks, or Clients

We're here to support your internal team — not to represent you in external meetings.

Writing or Reviewing Documentation

That includes policies, procedures, technical specs, risk memos, or compliance narratives. We'll guide, not write.

Solution Architecture or Design Artifacts

No diagrams, no implementation blueprints. But we'll talk through design decisions and risks all day.

Research or Industry Benchmarking

If it requires hours of digging, validating, or comparing — it's outside the couch.

Code Development or Code Review

No code. No GitHub. But we'll happily talk about how your systems should behave.

Fraud, Risk, or Compliance Analysis

High-level strategies? Yes. Rule tuning, alert reviews, or mitigation planning? That's for the full program.

Training or Team Workshops

You'll definitely learn a lot from talking with us — but Couch Sessions isn't a training engagement.
